Shipping policy

Every order is curated specifically around your size and your listed rivalries. Please allow 2-4 business days for our team to hand-select, pack, and dispatch your kit from our hong kong HQ or hubs at your nearest point. 

Hong Kong (local) all local orders are dispatched via sf express. once shipped, expect your box to arrive within 1-2 business days.

Global shipping we ship worldwide. to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, your order will be dispatched from our primary hk hq or one of our international hubs depending on your location and the specific curation of your box. shipping rates and transit times are calculated automatically at checkout based on the closest available routing.

Customs, duties & taxes all international orders are shipped ddu (delivered duty unpaid). this means your local government or customs office may charge import taxes, duties, or handling fees when the package enters your country. these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Vault11 has no control over these fees. if a package is returned to us because customs duties were ignored or unpaid, your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Tracking your order the moment your order leaves our hq, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number so you can monitor its route.

Lost or stolen packages once the courier marks your package as "delivered" to the address provided, Vault11 is no longer liable for the package. please make sure your delivery address is a secure location. if your package is lost in transit, reach out to us and we will work with the courier to track it down.
