Refund policy
Because our products are curated blindboxes, all sales are final regarding the specific club, country, or design you receive. we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds simply because you do not support or like the team you pulled. embrace the game.
When we make it right we stand by our sourcing and our quality control. while standard returns are not accepted, we will gladly process an exchange or replacement under the following specific conditions:
#defective product: the jersey arrives damaged, torn, or with manufacturing defects.
#sizing error: we sent a completely different size than what you ordered (accounting for our manual brand-to-brand size conversions).
#the rival rule: we accidentally sent you a club that you explicitly listed in the 'avoid' notes during checkout.
If your exchange is approved based on a defect, sizing error, or the rival rule, the return shipping is entirely on us. we will provide a prepaid return label or fully reimburse your standard postage costs once the item is received at our hq or international hubs.
The process if your order meets one of the three conditions above, please contact our team at support@vault11store.com within 14 days of your delivery date. please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. we will review it and arrange a replacement immediately. if a box or jersey is returned to our hq without prior email authorization, the delivery will be rejected and no refund or exchange will be processed.
Condition of items any item approved for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. if a jersey is returned showing signs of wear or missing tags, the exchange will be voided.
